Carl Weathers, who starred as Apollo Creed within the first 4 “Rocky” movies reverse Sylvester Stallone, died Tuesday, his supervisor Matt Luber confirmed to Selection. He was 76.

Weathers additionally starred in 1987’s “Predator” and had a memorable function in Adam Sandler’s “Blissful Gilmore.” He was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Excellent Visitor Actor in a Drama Sequence for his work within the “Star Wars” collection “The Mandalorian.”

He voiced Fight Carl within the “Toy Story” franchise and performed a fictionalized model of himself in a recurring function on “Arrested Improvement.” His different credit embody the TV collection “Road Justice,” “Colony,” “The Protect,” “Chicago Justice” and “Brothers,” and the movies “Shut Encounters of the Third Sort,” “Loss of life Hunt” and “The Comebacks.”
