James Gunn is setting the report straight on the “Superman” runtime.

On Instagram Threads, a consumer reached out to the DC Studios head to ask if the run time of two hours and 9 minutes was correct. Gunn responded, stating that the rumored time was useless on.

“Inclusive of credit/submit credit the runtime is 2 hours 9 minutes,” Gunn replied.

Gunn was then requested about one other rumored matter: Whether or not or not Warner Bros. had requested him to shorten the movie. Gunn as soon as once more weighed in.

“Zero fact to that,” he wrote. “And so they couldn’t even when that’s one thing that they needed to [do]. It’s a DC Studios movie.”

Beforehand titled “Superman: Legacy,” “Superman” is written and directed by Gunn. David Corenswet stars because the titular Man of Metal reverse Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
