Julian Fleming, a former Penn State extensive receiver, is in critical situation and his girlfriend is useless following a horrific ATV crash in Pennsylvania forward of the weekend.

In response to Pennsylvania State Police, the incident occurred on Friday when 24-year-old Fleming was driving his ATV on a rural street when a deer jumped out in entrance of him, inflicting a collision. The influence despatched Fleming and his girlfriend, 23-year-old Alyssa Boyd, flying off the ATV.
