The TV persona was photographed beaming whereas eating with the SKIMS founder and actress via a snap shared on Instagram Wednesday.

It’s unclear if the picture was current, as Rob, 38, not often poses for photos shared on social media.

Anthony, 43, expressed her gratitude for the birthday love, commenting, “Love you for all times and after!!!!! A lot.”
