The lawyer representing the lady accusing Shannon Sharpe of rape stated Friday each side have agreed to a settlement within the civil case.

Tony Buzbee introduced in an announcement on his Instagram web page that “after protracted and respectful negotiations,” Sharpe and his accuser “reached a mutually agreed upon decision.”
